NZ Aged Care Services began like any good thing, as an idea. We wanted to enable ageing Kiwis to live their lives as they choose, with high quality, progressive care options available as they’re needed.
Homegrown experience
Known today as NZ Aged Care Services, our business employs over 600 people and has over ten aged care sites throughout the North and South Islands. With decades of experience in aged care we make informed decisions backed up with first-hand knowledge.
Family oriented, personable and collaborative – our communities reflect the character of the neighbourhoods, towns and regions within which they’re based. We are very proud to be 100% New Zealand owned.
Caring is our culture
Care is what we do. When it comes to measuring how well our Care Homes and Villages are performing, we ask ourselves ‘would I be happy for my parents to live here?’ We believe it is this tool of imagining our own parents in care, and how we would want them to be treated, respected and cared for, that has contributed to our culture of caring and compassion.

We pride ourselves on our approachability and listening skills. We often receive praise for our open and regular communication with our residents and their loved ones, not to mention the connections we work hard to foster with the wider communities where we are based.
